Case 15

This is a 60-year-old fit man who presented for breast rejuvenation. He notes that despite minimal fat body content and ideal body weight, the breasts did not change. More specifically, he had enlargement of the soft tissues causing concerning fullness in the lower aspect of his breasts. He is seen here 4 months after liposuction with excision of fibro-glandular tissue. Note that he had an interval weight gain of 20 pounds between his surgery and follow up, and despite this, the breasts did not enlarge.
