This is a 58-year-old woman who had prior liposuction of the upper/lower abdomen and waist with Mini-tummy tuck. She had concerns with her results not being optimized. She is seen here 3 months after revision liposuction of the upper/lower abdomen, hips and waist with a revision skin removal and added umbilical transposition. This is done just like liposuction with an oral cocktail of sedation pills, no drains and recovery is activity as tolerated.
