Case 19

This is a 56-year-old woman who presented with asymmetry and desire for smaller breasts; she is a “D” cup and wants to be as small as possible with more symmetry. She is seen here 3 months after liposuction of the breasts. Her procedure was done with a light oral sedation and local tumescent anesthesia; no need for general anesthesia or even deep IV sedation. She has had nice contraction of her skin with no visible scars and she is now an “A” cup.
