Breast Lift with Implants

Case 14

This is a 42-year-old woman who had a breast lift (mastopexy) with 330 ml saline implants done in 2015. Since that time, she has developed ptosis of the breast tissue over the implants with the nipple malposition too low and too much breast tissue hanging off the implant. She is seen here 4 months after a revision breast lift with a larger 380 ml implants. We removed approximately 90 grams of tissue from either breast.
