This is a 35 year old woman, 5 foot 7 inches & weight 135 pounds. She has 2 children. She was requesting lifting and enlargement/enhancement of her breasts.
She is seen here 3 months after augmentation mastopexy (breast lift with an implant) using 350 ml sub muscular silicone gel breast implants. Her bra size went from 34B to 34D.
