Case 11

This is an 18 year old, 5 foot 7 inches & 140 pounds. She has large, ptotic (breast sag) breasts and requested treatment for this. She is seen here 8 months after a breast lift (mastopexy)/reduction mammoplasty (breast reduction).  Her scars are flat and pale, which is better than the norm for this stage of healing. Her bra size went from a 34 DD to a 34 B/C with the removal of approximately 400 grams (nearly one pound) of breast tissue from each side. She can now wear blouses and tops with her new, proportionate breasts.
