Breast Augmentation

Case 42

This is a 56-year-old woman who had a breast reduction in the past. She had concerns about lack of volume in upper aspect of the breast. She also requested liposuction of the inner thighs and knees. We decided to proceed with liposuction of the inner thighs and knees with transfer to her breast to improve shape and upper pole breast volume. She is seen here 3 months after transfer of 185 ml of fat from her inner thighs into each of her upper breasts. A secondary benefit is correction of her inverted left nipple.
