This is a 36-year-old who presented with involution and asymmetry requesting enhancement of her breasts. She is seen here 5 months after sub-muscular augmentation using smooth, round silicone gel implants with 275 ml on the larger right breast, & 325 ml smaller left breast. She went from a B to a C cup (she also had a tummy tuck at the same time).
