This is a 55-year-old woman requesting rejuvenation of her mid-section. She is seen here 3 months after liposuction of her abdomen, hips, waist and lower back areas with an abdominal skin removal and umbilical transposition. This is done with an oral cocktail of medications and local tumescent anesthesia. No need for drains and recovery much like liposuction.
