Liposuction with skin excision and umbilical transposition

This is a 68-year-old who requested rejuvenation of her abdomen. She is seen here 4 months after liposuction of the upper/lower abdomen with removal of 6 pounds pure fat and removal of approximately 3 pounds of skin with an umbilical transposition. This is done with an oral sedation and local tumescent anesthesia as there is no need for deeper IV sedation.
