This is a 25-year-old who presented with troublesome breast asymmetry. She is seen here 3 months after liposuction of the front and back bra rolls. We transferred 410 ml of pure fat to the right breast, and 170 to the left breast. She notes improved fitting of her clothes which is her primary concern.
